VHA Home HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support our Palliative care program in Durham North. This Visiting Nurse role requires a valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to homes and community sites.

The RN/RPN will provide and coordinate home nursing services, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and adhere to College of Nurses of Ontario Practice Standards.
