Position details: Provide support to 52 residents with Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses in the community and manage a caseload of 20–22 residents. Work under the direction of the PALS, McEwen & CLSD Program Manager to provide case management, everyday support services, and direct program oversight.

Responsibilities may include taking residents to appointments, shopping,



meal preparation, social/recreational activities, facilitating educational groups, and assisting with budgeting, monthly reporting, conducting assessments, and compiling annual Wellness Plans.

Full‑time/permanent position with day shifts of 8 AM–5 PM, one hour lunch break, and EDO every third Friday.

Post‑secondary education required in a related field (psychology, sociology, human justice, social work).

Education: University Bachelor's Degree (related field)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Background in psychology, sociology, human justice, or social work.
- Experience working with individuals with severe mental illnesses.
- Strong organizational and case management skills.
- Ability to facilitate group activities and support daily living skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
