Midland Transport is currently seeking a Senior Broker in Brampton, ON.

The Senior

Broker manages a portfolio of Brokerage Accounts leading both commercial strategy and operational development and execution. Identifies market trends and implement strategies to drive value in terms of financial outcomes and customer facing outcomes. Leads all aspects of customer orders, pricing, contracts and execution.

They are timely, self‑led and coordinates with other departments such as Finance, Dispatch and Administration to ensure Superior Quality Service is being experienced by all clients. Ensure seamless coordination between Truckload and Brokerage divisions to enhance customer experience. Manage and grow a strong carrier network by identifying market trends and developing coverage strategies. Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve divisional KPIs, financial targets, and operational goals.

ensuring portfolios are current and meeting customer requirements. Support pipeline development and assist in closing sales opportunities.
