Analyzes patient, provider, and clinical information to determine appropriate next steps, distinguish operational issues from clinical-risk signals, and elevate concerns within defined protocols. Maintains accurate, complete, and traceable records that support quality controls, regulatory expectations, and effective handoffs across the service line. Improves templates, job aids, and routing practices based on recurring patterns to reduce rework, strengthen consistency, and enable low-risk process enhancements within team control.

Bachelor's degree in nursing, clinical practice, health sciences, public health, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. Professional license or registration in nursing in the applicable jurisdiction of practice required.

Certification in clinical services, care coordination, patient safety, or equivalent preferred.

Certification in case management, clinical documentation improvement,



healthcare quality, or equivalent preferred. Work Experience ~4+ years of experience in nursing, clinical services, care coordination, patient support, clinical documentation, or a related field required.
