In this position, you will assess and implement support strategies aimed at enhancing daily living and social skills for participants aged 6-18. Developing meaningful connections with families and managing program evaluations will be essential. You will facilitate a variety of life skills and recreational activities to encourage independence. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and develop individual support programs for participants
- Aid participants in acquiring daily living skills
- Handle participant intake and program documentation




- Monitor and report emergency situations effectively
- Document participant activities and progress meticulously

Requirements:

- Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum one year of practical experience in service
- Class 4 driver’s license or willingness to obtain
- Successfully pass agency screening and background checks
