Under the direction of the Cage management and supervisory team and with the guidance of the Lead Count Room Attendant, this position is responsible for picking up and securing the bill validator drop and/or the table games drop and ensuring its accountability. Must work well within a team, excel at multi-tasking and display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Must respect and adhere to all policies and procedures, regulations and Internal Controls.

Above all else, must embrace and be aligned with Casino Nova Scotia’s culture and philosophy of providing outstanding entertainment experiences. Empties cash boxes and table game drop boxes Transfers assets to the proper department using proper procedures and attention Participates in the physical count of all currency from the casino floor. Loads and balances NRT self - redemption units& performs other drops as assigned Verifies bank receipts.

Ensures processing of all drops is completed efficiently, accurately and in accordance with policies and procedures Exemplifies GEM customer service skills and creates Great Experiences and Memories Embraces the Casino Nova Scotia culture and philosophy and has a playful, infectious and "all about the guest" attitude! Must have solid interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening skills Completion of Count Room and Cage Cashier training is required Back office environment, standing or sitting for long periods of time,
