School is looking for a Montessori Casa Guide who has the knowledge and skills necessary to implement AMI Montessori principles to join our incredible staff. The person we are looking for will not only have a deep, abiding interest in Montessori and child development, but also have strong interpersonal skills, a love of learning, and be a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues. Implementing and delivering high‑fidelity Montessori education Establishing a child‑centered classroom that encourages children to be independent and to respect themselves and others Reporting and record keeping that ensures that the Principal and parents are kept abreast of the challenges,
