Join Worksite as a Part-Time Health and Safety Instructor in Waterloo/Cambridge, ON, and make a life-changing difference in construction safety. Share your expertise in delivering the CPO-approved Working at Heights program and help keep workers safe. This role requires an experienced instructor for weekends, offering 8-16 hours a week.

You’ll engage participants with hands-on training, evaluate their skills, and consistently support educational development. You'll have opportunities to teach additional courses such as Mobile Elevated Work Platform and Confined Space Entry, enriching your qualified experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging Working at Heights training
- Evaluate participant skills through assessments




- Teach additional safety training courses
- Organize and submit participant training records
- Attend team meetings and workshops

Requirements:

- 3+ years of training experience, preferably in Working at Heights
- Background in construction management
- Experience with mobile elevated work platforms
- Certification in occupational health & safety preferred
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and legal work status
