We are currently seeking a Service Associate to join our team in Vancouver and support the operations and administration of a Financial Advisor at Assante Capital Management.

The Service

Associate will play a crucial role in facilitating account management and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team. This is a client‑facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services industry with a focus on operations and client’s services.

Post‑secondary education. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with DocuSign,



and Salesforce is a plus. Strong analytical, administrative, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Liaise with Assante back office on transfers, administration issues, and maintenance tasks. Assist with coordinating digital marketing. Be the first point of contact for new National Account clients and triage with the appropriate CI Assante resources.
