Supports specialty pharmacy workflows across prescription intake, benefit verification, claims follow-up, prior authorization support, and fulfillment activities using established procedures. Reviews claims, orders, refill activity, shipment details, and inventory information to identify routine discrepancies and complete approved corrective actions.

Tracks backorders, substitutions, replenishment updates, and product availability issues to support continuity of pharmacy operations. High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of experience in pharmacy support, healthcare operations, claims processing, medication access, fulfillment support, or a related operational environment required.

Certification in pharmacy technician practice, or equivalent preferred.
