Interact with pets and their parents in-store and at events. Ongoing training and development opportunities. You’ll be fully trained and certified by Premium to ensure your success. Tidy and face client’s products on shelves as well as ensure any authorized POS material is nicely set up to help ensure pet parents find what they need.

Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents. Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge including benefits and promotions to help increase recommendations and sales (with guidance from the client and approval from store managers). Build brand awareness and affinity by actively engaging with pet parents and their pets in-store and at events.

Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations for their pets. Maintain and leverage client’s provided material, such as equipment and handouts, to engage associates and pet parents. Support recommendations driving special projects as required.

RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field (preferred, not required).
