About the Role

Our client, a respected charitable organization operating in the Northern Cape , is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to lead its collaborative efforts. Based in Kimberley , this role is crucial for identifying, securing, and nurturing partnerships with corporations, foundations, government bodies, and other non-profits. Your success will directly contribute to expanding our reach and impact through synergistic collaborations. This hybrid role involves significant external engagement within Kimberley and the surrounding regions, alongside in-office strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships to advance the organization's mission and objectives.
- Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-create and implement joint initiatives and campaigns.
- Represent the organization at external events and networking opportunities.




- Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reports on progress and outcomes.

Requirements

- Proven experience in partnership development, business development, or relationship management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
