Fixed Maintenance

Planner, the Maintenance Parts Coordinator is responsible for the timely pickup, delivery, and distribution of parts, materials, tools, and supplies required to support maintenance activities. This role ensures the right parts are available at the right time, maintains accurate inventory records, and works closely with suppliers, technicians, and internal departments to minimize downtime and support efficient operations.

Blackwater Mine site Schedule: Two (2) Weeks On – Two (2) Weeks Off Rotation Employment Type: Permanent Transport urgent or critical parts to support maintenance and repair activities. Receive, verify, and organize maintenance materials. Maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and inventory documentation.

Maintain

Control of maintenance materials with documentation and organization. Inspect delivered materials for damage and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. Pick up and deliver parts, materials, tools,



and supplies for maintenance personnel Return defective, excess, or incorrect materials to the warehouse and assist in identifying correct items Follow all company safety policies, transportation regulations, and safe driving practices.
