Responsibilities Welcome clients, identify and respond to their needs

- Offer information regarding warranties, prices, part quality, delivery times and payment methods




- Submit quotes, follow up with clients and close sales
- Complete internal supporting documents for all transactions (credits, invoices, work orders, etc.)
- Contact existing and new customers to communicate information on promotions
- Support the service department (supply of parts for technicians)
- Coordinate repairs with the service manager to meet deadlines
- Ensure optimal merchandising of products
- Participate in inventory management
- Take care of the delivery and shipping of products and ensure their efficient organization
- Efficiently maintain workspaces
- Comply with health and safety rules and regulations.
