Support mental health recovery as a Patient Care Attendant at Ontario Shores Centre. Care for patients with complex needs in a specialized geriatric and neuropsychiatry program. You'll engage in daily living support, assist with patient safety, and work as part of a cooperative team. Your contributions are vital in the assessment and treatment process aimed at stabilizing patients for successful community integration. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist patients with their daily living requirements
- Track patient behaviours and report observations
- Escort patients to their scheduled care appointments
- Conduct security checks and maintain a secure environment
- Document patient interactions in the clinical charts Requirements:
- Personal Support Worker diploma essential
- Current CPR - Level HCP certification required
- Knowledge of mental health legislation
- Experience with Meditech systems preferred
