As a Clinical Nutrition Technician, you will conduct screenings, adjust dietary plans, and educate patients about their nutritional needs. Your work will bridge patient care units and Food Services, ensuring a seamless nutrition experience. Screen nutrition referrals and prioritize caseloads

- Conduct one-on-one visits for nutrition assessments
- Assist in implementing and monitoring nutrition care plans
- Document relevant nutrition interventions in medical records
- Collect clinical data to support patient nutrition needs Completion of a recognized food service management program
- Related experience or equivalent education in nutrition
- Skilled in managing diverse and complex nutrition needs
- Food Protected Certificate 1 is an asset Your expertise will directly impact patient health through comprehensive nutritional support.
