As a Payroll Administrator for PCL Constructors Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta (Corporate), you'll have the chance to learn payroll legislation, collective agreements, payroll systems, and industry best practices, while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual who is interested in growing and developing within the payroll profession.

including Employee Assistance Programs Access to world-class training through PCL's College of Construction and professional development courses Accurately review employee timecards and prepare time entry for payroll processing. Develop an understanding of collective bargaining agreements, payroll legislation, and company policies and apply them to time entry and payroll-related activities. Maintain accurate payroll records while ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries related to time entry, onboarding documentation, and payroll processes. Assist with payroll processing activities, audits, reconciliations, and data validation as required. Support payroll team initiatives and continuous process improvement activities.

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous administrative, data entry, customer service, timekeeping, or payroll experience is considered an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Experience working with payroll, HRIS, or timekeeping systems is considered an asset.
