The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of three years of experience in payroll, particularly in unionized settings.

You’ll process payroll using PayWorks, maintain comprehensive records, and ensure compliance with multi-provincial regulations and union agreements. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will be critical in addressing payroll discrepancies and providing support during audits. Execute full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees

- Ensure accurate payroll records and reports
- Handle union payroll processes and agreements
- Manage aspects of Quebec payroll effectively At least three years of payroll experience
- Proven experience with union payroll
- Deep understanding of Canadian payroll regulations
