In this full time position within the Facilities Department, you will be responsible for maintaining automated building systems and ensuring optimal performance.

Your role will require proactive monitoring, preventative maintenance, and effective collaboration with various operational teams. Additionally, you will contribute to compliance with legislation and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of BAS
- Validate compliance of external vendors with maintenance guidelines
- Generate reports on equipment performance and trends
- Facilitate system upgrades and new installations
- Train staff on standard operating procedures

Requirements:

- Building Systems Engineering Technician diploma or equivalent combination
- Minimum five years of experience in BAS
- Niagara 4 Certification essential
- Proficiency with mechanical and electrical systems
- Knowledge of ASHRAE Standards and WHMIS regulations
