In this in-office position, you'll play an essential role in managing processes related to Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Partner programs.

Your organizational skills and attention to detail will enhance efficiency while you handle the administration of various systems. This dynamic role focuses on continuously improving People & Culture initiatives to deliver exceptional experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain up-to-date training materials and P&C; resources
- Support ad hoc P&C; projects across various functions




- Administer ATS and coordinate recruitment operations
- Track and maintain P&C; data for key metrics
- Contribute to Partner initiatives and program enhancements

Requirements:

- Experience in HR or related field preferred
- Post-secondary education in HR or Business considered an asset
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Tech-savvy with experience in HR Technology
