Make an impact as a People & Culture Operations Manager at XR. As a part of the People team, you’ll engage in strategic workforce planning while also managing essential HR operations. You will independently tackle complex employee relations issues and develop solutions that enhance organizational culture.
Your role will blend high-level strategy with essential day-to-day HR execution. Partner with leaders to manage talent strategies
- Provide HR operational support during onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain data integrity within the HRIS systems
- Lead workplace safety and compliance initiatives
- Foster a culture of performance enablement and engagement 3-5 years in HR with a focus on operations
- Solid knowledge of HR metrics and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields Contribute to XR’s mission of innovation and transformation in advertising through effective people strategies.
