This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Business Intelligence, Customer Success, Merchandising, and Product, translating Marketplace activity into financial insight, strategic forecasting, and operational action. You won't just report the numbers - you'll explain what happened, forecast what comes next, and actively shape the strategy and direction to help support growth. From building predictive models and share-of-wallet analyses to partnering with Customer Success on NRR strategy and existing customer ARR forecasting, this is a role for someone who wants to make a measurable impact across the business.

If you bring experience from e-commerce, retail, or a rewards/marketplace environment, that's a significant advantage, you'll hit the ground running with an intuitive understanding of redemption and e-commerce dynamics, catalogue economics, and customer purchasing behavior that are central to this role. How you'll help shape FP&A; at Achievers Own the end-to-end Marketplace P&L; (revenue and expenses), driving data analyses for the Marketplace Division with a goal of improving net margin contribution. performance across key revenue pillars — including promotions, merchandising, pricing, and product enhancements. Translate high-level revenue and volume targets into actionable, customer-tier-level operating plans that enable clearer execution and performance tracking.

Partner with Accounting to reconcile reporting discrepancies, improve data integrity, and increase confidence in reported numbers.

Deliver

Marketplace forecasting materials to support FP&A; and Board deliverables. Drive deep expense and cost driver analysis, identifying efficiency opportunities and optimizing resource allocation to improve Marketplace margin performance. Own and standardize executive KPI reporting cadences, delivering consistent performance insights to senior leadership and Board stakeholders.

Build and scale the Marketplace analytics foundation — including structured data workflows, documentation standards, data governance, quality controls, and request prioritization — to ensure analytical consistency, scalability, and reduced dependency on ad hoc analysis. NRR & Existing Customer ARR Forecasting Forecast existing customer ARR to support Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets and provide visibility into renewal and expansion performance.

Integrate

Finance data (ARR, customer segmentation) with Marketplace redemption data to close the loop between commercial performance and customer behavior. Develop share-of-wallet models to quantify expansion opportunities across customer segments and inform growth strategies. Track changes in user and member counts for key customers over time, surfacing the impact of organizational changes on Marketplace activity and retention.





Provide financial insight into customer cohort behavior using Salesforce attributes (industry, tier, start date) to strengthen NRR-related decision-making. Conduct advanced analysis using statistical methods and predictive modeling to derive actionable insights on redemption volume, margin, and customer behavior. Enable mix-rate reporting that isolates the true sources of performance impact across customers, products, and regions.

Drive member balance distribution analysis to improve understanding of redemption potential, breakage risk, and regional behavior patterns. Create and maintain dashboards (rebate/commission, promotions, KPI scorecards) for senior leadership review and executive presentations.

Customer

Success (CSM) Support & Cross-Functional Partnership Present regularly at Customer Success forums to explain Marketplace performance, key drivers, and the financial impact of recent initiatives. Meet directly with CSM partners to evaluate and refine margin drivers, ensuring alignment between customer actions and financial outcomes. Create periodic customer target lists to focus CS efforts on the highest-impact growth opportunities.

Partner with Product leadership to shape and prioritize the strategic roadmap, balancing customer experience innovation with initiatives that drive redemption growth and marketplace performance. Collaborate across the Marketplace Senior Leadership Team to drive operational excellence, improve forecasting and planning rigor, and remove friction across the end-to-end marketplace ecosystem. Support vendor review materials and scorecards to inform supplier performance discussions.

Ad Hoc

Analysis & Financial Alignment Respond to emerging leadership questions with ad hoc analysis and forecasting to address evolving business needs. Support cross-departmental analysis initiatives that influence Marketplace performance — including product campaign efficacy, promotional impact, and SWAG initiative evaluation. Partner with BI and IT to advance the Marketplace data agenda, surface new insights, and improve analytical infrastructure.

Lead efforts to consolidate Marketplace data into structured formats for advanced analysis using tools such as Tableau Pulse and Microsoft Copilot. holiday redemptions) to enhance forecasting accuracy for float requirements and daily volume swings.



Demonstrates a strong bias for action by independently identifying high-impact opportunities, building momentum around new ideas, and driving initiatives from concept through execution. You've built a comprehensive data and modeling framework connecting redemption activity, customer behavior, and financial performance — giving the organization a explicit lens into Marketplace outcomes.

Teams across Finance, Customer Success, Merchandising, and Product rely on your insight to make better decisions about volume, margin, and revenue. High-level targets have been translated into actionable, customer-level plans that teams can execute and track throughout the year. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. ~5+ years of experience in strategic analytics or FP&A; within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. ~ Strong background in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive forecasting techniques. ~ Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and querying languages (SQL). ~ Advanced Excel skills (macros, arrays, pivots, lookups, conditional logic). ~ Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into compelling, executive-ready narratives. ~ Deep understanding of P&L; dynamics, margin analysis, and revenue forecasting. ~ E-commerce, retail, rewards, or marketplace experience: candidates who understand redemption dynamics, catalogue economics, and customer purchasing behavior will have a significant head start in this role.

Familiarity with NRR / ARR forecasting and customer retention analytics.

Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation. Exposure to tools like Tableau Pulse, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI-enabled analytics platforms. 106,000 - $125,000 reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role based on current market data.
