What you’ll do: Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing legendary customer service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here." This will be accomplished by:

- Supervising and delegating employee workflow and duties, while ensuring all staff are following safety standards, and Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures.
- Completing reviews on Team Members - plan, monitor and review Team Member performance as it relates to the Performance Management process.
- Providing ongoing and frequent communication and coaching
- Onboarding and training recent staff
- Demonstrating leadership in the operation of cash registers, and fuel pumps
- Assisting with interviews as needed
- General Gas Bar duties as required - stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing, operating POS system, dispensing fuel, etc.

- Considered an asset to have prior supervisory experience (not mandate)
- You have above-average communication skills and computer skills
- You have retail experience in the areas of customer service and merchandising
- Considered an asset to be knowledgeable of Gas Bar operations
- Willing to actively learn and expand knowledge of Gas Bar Operations
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
- You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
- You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel
