This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Lines professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing an existing book of business, and providing knowledgeable advice acrossHome, Auto, and Property insurance. Manage and service an assigned Personal Lines book of business Handle Home, Auto, and Property insurance inquiries and servicing Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and other client requests Prepare and submit applications, quotes, policy documentation, and proposals Handle client inquiries by phone, email,



and other appropriate communication channels Assist clients with first reports of claims and follow up as required Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Ensure policies and documentation comply with regulatory and internal requirements Minimum 1 year of Personal Lines insurance experience Experience with Home and Auto insurance Strong understanding of Personal Lines products and coverages Excellent customer service and communication skills RIBO or OTL license is an asset EPIC experience is an asset Health and dental benefits ~ Employer pension matching ~3 weeks vacation ~6 personal days ~ Join an established brokerage with a strong community presence Work in a collaborative and supportive office environment Manage an established Personal Lines book of business
