Be a part of our growing Health & Wellness philosophy that includes Pharmacy, Medical and Optical services. This dynamic and exciting Pharmacist role reports directly to the Director of Pharmacy and is responsible for provision of Pharmacy Services at Loblaw Pharmacy locations across Southwestern Ontario. Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients Ensure medication and over the counter supplements inventory levels is adequate to meet patients’ needs Create awareness and educate customers through public relations (public health days, clinics, etc.) Administer Vaccinations and other activities as legislated by the Pharmacist Scope of Practice Program (Point-of-Care testing, Prescription Modification and Advancement, Minor Ailments, etc.) Provide Pharmaceutical Professional Services such as Medication Reviews, Follow-Ups and Minor Ailment prescribing Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy (dispensary) Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, licensed to Provide Patient Care in Ontario (OCP)
