you will be responsible for supporting Pharmacy Store teams in Quebec as they transition to the current application. You will provide hands‑on implementation support, training, and validation activities to ensure each application user is fully operational on the new system.

You will work closely with various teams, operations leaders, and technical support teams to ensure a smooth and successful application launch at each location. Strong written and verbal bilingual (French, English) proficiency. Help teams in validating application flow, troubleshoot issues with other support/technical teams.

Must have ability to travel frequently across Quebec to support application implementations ( ~ 80% travel) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules depending on store conversion timelines Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when documenting processes and implementation activities Experience working in retail pharmacy environments. Familiarity with pharmacy management systems [such as Kroll] will be considered a strong asset.
