We’re currently seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Yorkville clinic. We're looking for someone who can join us on a regular part-time basis (2-3 days/wk) in-clinic given the nature of our patients and the care we provide.

Cook is an award-winning Internal Medicine Specialist and pioneer in longevity and integrative health, known for tackling complex medical cases and advancing health optimization across Canada. As a Physician Assistant at Vivagen Life Sciences you will deliver high-quality, client-centered care within a private primary care setting with a focus on patients dealing with chronic illness.

This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnosing and treating primary medical conditions, and implementing personalized treatment plans that reflect Vivagen’s mission of extending life and enhancing well-being through innovative and integrative approaches. Conduct thorough medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations Order and interpret lab tests, imaging,



and other assessments Treatment Planning & Implementation Recommend and implement individualized treatment plans under supervision Prescribe medications and therapies that meet with provincial laws and clinic protocols Perform routine procedures such as pap tests, wound care, and other clinical tasks Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and condition management Maintain accurate and timely records using the clinic’s EHR system Medical Support for Dr. Work with physicians, NDs, nurses, and administrative ensuring coordinated care Engage in ongoing education to stay current with advancements in functional and integrative medicine Quality Improvement & Clinic Operations ~ Support clinic-wide initiatives to improve care quality and operational efficiency Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Current Physician

Assistant registration in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) or equivalent from another Canadian provincial jurisdiction Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in primary care, integrative medicine, or a functional medicine setting. Solid knowledge of functional medicine principles and practices. Knowledge/experience/interest in preventative medicine and longevity is an definite asset Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
