This position works within the allied health and larger home care team to provide physiotherapy services to home care clients in the Vermilion area. As this is a home care position, the successful applicant must have a valid driver's license and operating vehicle, as they will be required to travel to clients' homes in the surrounding areas. As a Physiotherapist II, you will provide coordination of physiotherapy and other allied health clinical services.

You will provide supervision of students and team members as assigned. You will work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team providing leadership to other healthcare professionals. You will ensure physiotherapy practice is evidence based and in alignment with Alberta legislation and regulations, qualified standards of practice, code of ethics and AHS policy and guidelines.

You will be coordinating the day-to-day operations of an assigned service area and monitoring care delivery, identifying service needs and assisting other medical staff with caseload management, completing chart audits and providing follow-up and feedback to staff. You will participate in program development and operational planning and representing the department on committees or programs. You will make decisions on staffing level requirements, workflow,



caseload priorities in collaboration with managers and other healthcare providers.
