Salary: $42- $55 Per hour (depending on experience)

Join our expanding and dynamic team as our Registered Physiotherapist in our state-of-the‑art Integrated Care Clinic! This role will provide various services, including (not limited to) comprehensive assessments, customized treatment plans , developing SMART and patient centred rehabilitation goals, care planning, and referrals. Wage is based on experience.

Qualifications
- Completion of a Bachelors’ or Masters’ Program in Physical Therapy from recognized Canadian or International University.
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Proof of professional liability insurance.
- Active Assisted Devices Provider (ADP) license for mobility aids or intent to obtain ADP license from MOHLTC.
- Valid Drivers license and insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Successful Vulnerable Sector Check within the last 6 months

Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
- Create SMART, patient-centered rehabilitation goals, provide care planning, and coordinate referrals.
- Deliver physiotherapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.
- Educate clients and caregivers on safe mobility techniques, exercise programs, and prevention strategies.
- Monitor progress, update care plans, and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with standards and policies.
Skills And Abilities
- Strong clinical assessment and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work effectively with clients, caregivers, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to develop and adapt individualized treatment plans to meet client needs and goals.
- Proficient in documenting care and maintaining accurate records.
- Physically able to perform client transfers, assist with mobility, and travel locally between assignments.
