Join our growing team as an Intermediate Piping Designer and play a key role in delivering complex industrial and energy projects. Working from any of our Canadian offices in Alberta, Ontario, or British Columbia , you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop safe, efficient, and innovative piping systems that support traditional and emerging energy markets. You will contribute to projects spanning oil and gas, carbon capture, renewable fuels, hydrogen, power generation, and energy transition initiatives, helping clients solve today's challenges while shaping tomorrow's infrastructure.

Develop PFDs, P&IDs;, plot plans, piping layouts, general arrangement drawings, and isometrics that support safe and efficient facility operations. Create and maintain 3D piping and equipment models using industry-standard design software. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Review vendor and third-party engineering documents and integrate design information into project models and drawings. Conduct field reviews and site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions. Produce and update as-built drawings to ensure accurate project documentation.

Support project execution by identifying potential scope changes and communicating them to project leaders.



Mentor and provide guidance to junior drafting and design team members. Diploma in Engineering Design, Drafting Technology, or a related discipline. ~5-7 years of progressive experience in piping design within industrial, oil and gas, energy, or EPCM environments. ~ Strong proficiency with CADWorx, Plant 3D, and related design platforms. ~ Demonstrated experience producing piping deliverables including P&IDs;, plot plans, isometrics, and equipment layouts. ~ Willingness to travel occasionally to client facilities and project sites for field reviews and data collection.
