Assist lawyers with all aspects of litigation and file management Draft and prepare legal correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, mediation materials, and other legal documents Coordinate discoveries, examinations, mediations, motions, and other litigation dates Prepare and organize productions, undertakings, medical records, and other relevant documentation 5+ years of experience as a Law Clerk in plaintiff tort and accident benefits ~ Strong understanding of Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure and litigation processes ~ Experience managing plaintiff-side litigation files independently ~ Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office ~ Law Clerk designation or relevant legal education is an asset #
