The Operational

Excellence team’s mission is to identify, develop, optimize, and implement best business practices and processes to achieve excellence across our 600 stores and 15 distribution centers. We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual ready to support the Continuous Improvement Specialists team as well as the shared services analytics center by assisting with various strategic initiatives and projects. Analyze performance indicators related to store and distribution center operations.

Document processes, procedures, and training modules, and contribute to identifying continuous improvement opportunities.



Actively participate in the deployment and follow-up of recent procedures or policies. Prepare performance reports, analyze variances, and communicate with management teams.

At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, project management, planning, or continuous improvement Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio.
