Emterra Group is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Niagara Material Recovery Facility and Niagara Ecoglass operations. The role focuses on secure, compliant, cost-efficient performance across production, quality, maintenance, logistics, inventory, customer service, and people leadership.

You will manage financial performance, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen customer relationships while advancing automation and process efficiency.
