Operator is an entry-level role designed to introduce Team Members to the dynamic crush plant environment and learning to provide hands‑on support to daily operations 24/hr and up, shift premium applies We are hiring for the midnight to noon shift in a 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off pattern. Receive, move and store soybeans Extract and refine soybean oil Ship soybean oil and soybean meal Material Handled Bulk soybeans, soybean meal, soybean oil Excellent advantages including medical, dental, vision, PTO, Holidays, Profit Sharing, and RRSP You will also operate equipment to extract oil from the soybeans.



You will also prepare and load soybean oil and meal into trucks for delivery to our customers.

Assist in loading, unloading, and processing of soybeans Clean equipment and plant Complete Safety, Quality and Production documentation Participate in safety inspections/meetings and corrective actions Experience in a processing plant, refinery, mill, or elevator is preferred Computer skills for data entry For safety reasons, must be able to read, write, understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions in English Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications) Our employment policies strictly prohibit all forms of discrimination on any of the grounds in relevant laws.
