Exceed personal sales goals by leveraging effective sales techniques and strategies. Provide excellent customer service while managing members' accounts and booking Crunch One Kick Offs. Handle phone calls with courtesy and professionalism, making outbound calls for trial passes and other leads.





Maintain a clean facility and promptly address member requests and issues. Serve as an expert on all aspects of club facilities, services, and operational hours. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position, preferably in a similar industry.
