This Request is for a Support Analyst which is a Combination of Product and Fucntional skills Looking for People who has performed Support Analyst roles Operation Analyst roles with the below skills

Degree in Market Finance or in IT strong knowledge of capital markets and Fixed Income productsMandatory

At least 5 years of experience including application support experience Mandatory

Knowledge of Capital Markets Rate activities Pricing interest rate curve models and Risk Mandatory

Knowledge of the rate activity booking workflow Clearing Negotiation Trade events Markitwire workflowMandatory

Knowledge of the Capital Market Regulatory workplace Nice to Have

Knowledge of a similar FO booking system is a plus Orchestrade Summit Murex Sophis Calypso

While primarily as Support Analyst role the candidate should be comfortable leading or contributing as a Business Analyst for small project when required

Responsibilities

Provide assistance and support to IRD trading teams

Strengthen the Level 3 support framework with a You build it you run it perspective





Review and validate the solutions suitability for the business need expressed by the Business

Design the IT solution in collaboration with the business and other IT teams

Write functional documentation for the solution specifications story maps etc

Design and write test plans and ensure the smooth industrial execution of functional validations Coordinate user testing

Support swap traders in NY for USD and Crosscurrencies desks

Implementation of new products in the systems

Implementation of new pricing curves

Automation and industrialization of investigation tasks

Continuous monitoring

Contribute to improving the performance of the application scope and developing it further Be proactive in suggesting improvements and contribute to innovation in the field

Language Fluent in English French is a plus

Working from home voluntary basis for up to 2 days per week after 3 months of joining subject to managers discretion
