Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking parts.
- Apply powder coatings using manual or automated spray systems.
- Operate curing ovens and monitor temperature/time settings.
- Inspect finished parts for coating thickness, coverage, and defects.
- Maintain powder-coating equipment and keep work area clean.
- Follow safety procedures and meet production targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in powder coating or industrial painting.
- Knowledge of coating materials, spray equipment, and curing processes.
- Ability to read job specs and perform quality checks.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
