About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Consultant to lead their strategy and planning efforts from a Kimberley base. This senior role is responsible for shaping the long-term vision and strategic direction of the firm and its clients. You will conduct deep-dive market analyses, develop robust strategic frameworks, and guide executive teams in making critical decisions that drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and refinement of corporate and business unit strategies, aligning them with market opportunities and organizational capabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive market, competitive, and industry analysis to identify strategic threats and opportunities.
- Develop detailed strategic plans, including growth initiatives, M&A; strategies, and portfolio optimization.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, presenting strategic recommendations and facilitating strategic planning sessions.




- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives, ensuring progress towards stated objectives.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related strategic planning role.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing complex strategic plans.
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence executive-level decision-making.
- MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
