• Daily Care Home Support Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe setting Prepare and serve meals based on client preferences and dietary needs Health &

• Safety Assistance Provide medication reminders and help monitor daily routines Complete daily care reports and communicate observations to the Case Manager or healthcare team Companionship &

• Emotional Support Promote comfort, dignity, independence,



and well-being PSW Certificate required Minimum 1 year of caregiving or PSW experience Training in Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) or Non-Violent Crisis Prevention preferred CPR/First Aid Certification required Ability to use a mobile phone for documentation and time tracking Second language is an asset Comfort, Safety &
