APEX is seeking a Process Improvement and Business Systems Specialist for its Custom Contract Manufacturing Group , reporting directly to the Group Manager. This position is responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, developing and optimizing business processes, integrating systems and workflows across departments,



and establishing standardized methods that enhance operational efficiency, quality, productivity, and customer outcomes. The role serves as a key link between operations, technology, and business functions, ensuring sustainable process excellence and supporting overall organizational effectiveness across the group.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and facilitate corrective actions. Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders for system enhancements. Coordinate testing, implementation, and change management activities.

Support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise system deployments. Manage cross-functional improvement and systems integration projects. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.

Degree of diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience with ERP, CRM or workflow systems. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Project and change management Process mapping , data analysis and performance measurement
