Procurement Lifecycle
Lead the full procurement lifecycle - identify, evaluate, and select vendors. Collaborate with business and technical teams on RFX based procurements. Issue requisitions, purchase orders (POs), receipt of goods and services and invoices in accordance with all standards. Convert IT spend from expense to order-based purchases.
Contract Management
Maintain a centralized repository of contract data. Lead the end-to-end contract renewal process and spearhead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms. Partner with legal, IT and cybersecurity to define contract standards.
Vendor & Risk Management Manage ongoing vendor relationships. Assess and mitigate vendor risks.
Collaborate across the organization, including Legal and Cybersecurity, to ensure compliance. 3+ years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, and complex contract administration such as Google, Amazon, Workday (or other ERP providers) and Salesforce.
Strong understanding of the full procurement lifecycle (sourcing to payment). Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation and lifecycle management. Proficiency in tracking procurement KPIs, reporting, and invoice processing.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with legal and cybersecurity stakeholders. Solid contract negotiation skills. Strong understanding of IT contract terms and structures.
Strong analytical skills to assess vendor risk and performance.
