Imperial is seeking a Procurement Contract Manager to support critical business operations across Canada by managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving value through effective procurement strategies. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and procurement colleagues to deliver cost-effective solutions, ensure continuity of supply, and support business objectives through sound commercial decision-making. Manage a portfolio of contracts and supplier relationships that support business operations.

Lead sourcing activities and contract negotiations to deliver value and mitigate risk. Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop procurement solutions. Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing data to support sourcing decisions.

Identify opportunities to improve cost, service, quality, and supplier performance. Support the development and execution of category and procurement strategies.



Monitor contract compliance and manage contract amendments, renewals, and pricing updates.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve commercial and supply-related challenges. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, processes, and controls. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. ~0–5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain, contract management, or a related commercial role. ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations. ~ Effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ~ SCMP or similar procurement/supply chain designation.

Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships would be an asset.

Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, Manufacturing, or other industrial sectors. Knowledge of purchase-to-pay processes and contract management practices.

Experience supporting capital projects, maintenance, operations, or materials procurement would be an asset.
