We are seeking a Procurement (Indirect Sourcing) Associate to join our growing Supply Chain team in the aerospace sector. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement operations.



You will manage a diverse portfolio of indirect spend categories including professional services, equipment, facility services, and construction, while partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver cost savings, improve supplier performance, and reduce risk.

Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities (RFP, RFQ, negotiation, contracting) Facilities & Maintenance Construction and CAPEX/OPEX projects Develop and execute category strategies to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance Conduct competitive bidding, market analysis, and supplier benchmarking Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs) Build strong vendor relationships and manage supplier performance Partner with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business Units to deliver sourcing solutions Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience ~3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain (indirect preferred) ~ Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or aerospace environments (strong asset)
