Our financial services client is seeking a Procurement Systems Analyst (5-7 years of experience) to support supplier enablement initiatives using Coupa and Source-to-Pay workflows

This role supports procurement platform initiatives focused on supplier enablement, procurement automation, and workflow optimization within a large financial services environment. The position works across Coupa, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes to drive platform enhancements, operational improvements, and supplier adoption. The consultant will partner with Procurement, Finance, Technology, and external vendors to support ongoing platform operations and project delivery.

There is potential for extension or conversion based on business needs.

Contract, Toronto, 2-3 days per week. In-office day Wednesday and Thursday, as well as 4th Friday of every month.

Must Haves

- 5-7 years supporting procurement platforms including Coupa , Ariba, or Ivalua
- Supplier enablement and procurement automation initiatives within procurement platforms




- Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay processes
- Business analysis, requirements management, testing, and project delivery within procurement technology environments

Nice to Have
- Understanding of procurement, sourcing, contracting, and Procure-to-Pay business processes
- Excel and data analysis including pivot tables and data cleansing
- Experience leading platform enhancements, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party vendors

Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional SME for Coupa and associated Source-to-Pay processes
- Lead supplier enablement initiatives supporting onboarding, adoption, and expansion of Coupa capabilities
- Drive automation of procurement and Procure-to-Pay processes through platform capabilities
- Gather, document, analyze, and refine business and functional requirements
- Coordinate and execute testing activities including functional testing and user acceptance testing
- Support implementation, stabilization, and post-deployment sustainment activities
