Fournir un soutien technique à d’autres spécialistes en technologie Maximus. Surveiller les rapports de contrôle pour analyser et repérer les problèmes en cours. creative and forward‑looking team! Work with customers and end users to provide technical support and assistance with any software and hardware issues. Manage recent user access and control customer access.

Provide technical support to other Maximus technology specialists. Monitor monitoring reports to analyze and identify ongoing issues.

Start date: as soon as possible. Bilingualism (French and English) in speaking and writing. Spanish (a plus). In‑depth knowledge of hardware and software. Familiarity with the ZENDESK service ticket and complaint system. Strong sense of customer service.
