A career as a Product Manager within the Business Strategy team at National Bank Direct Brokerage means acting as a strategic leader in the evolution of our brokerage platform. Leveraging your expertise in product management, digital transformation, and complex platform development, you will help advance the client experience, operational performance, and technological capabilities of one of Canada’s largest direct brokerage platforms. Define and evolve the brokerage platform's product vision by aligning strategic priorities, client needs, regulatory requirements, and technology capabilities.

Prioritize and lead the product initiative portfolio based on business value, client experience, risk considerations, dependencies, and delivery capacity. Lead efforts to identify growth opportunities, pain points, and improvement levers to deliver the best version of the platform, in partnership with business, operations, compliance, legal, technology, and client experience teams. Ensure platform performance, governance, and capability evolution through performance indicators, risk management mechanisms, and a results-driven approach.

Bachelor's degree in a related field combined with at least 7 years of experience in digital product management or the evolution of large-scale digital platforms.
