Act as a Product Owner (PO) within a Scrum/Agile environment for strategic Wealth Management solutions, including Croesus. Define and evolve the product vision, roadmap,



and priorities for solutions supporting Wealth Management activities. Build, manage, and prioritize the product backlog (epics, user stories) while considering risks, costs, compliance requirements, and dependencies across business sectors.

Ensure cross-team dependencies and risks are identified, managed, and communicated effectively. Within the Wealth Management sector, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the evolution of strategic solutions that support advisors, operations teams, and business partners. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a discipline related to the field, along with six years of relevant experience.

Minimum of two years of experience as a Product Owner (PO). Knowledge of and experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, Protected).

Experience leading large-scale technology projects. Solid communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of the Wealth Management business domain and National Bank Financial (an asset).
