The Role

This will be a 9‑month contract role requiring around 2 years of experience working on data analysis using advanced Excel, BI tools, and excellent PowerPoint skills. You’ll analyze operational metrics and create KPI reports that reveal product portfolio performance across target markets. Working with Product Line Management and Solution Management leaders, you’ll turn data into insights that influence strategy and results. You’re the right fit if you bring strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel. You excel at synthesizing information into clear, actionable insights. Experience with Tableau and Salesforce is a strong plus. - Prepare product portfolio business performance metrics and maintain them monthly




- Prepare product portfolio white‑space data insights analytics structure to analyze customer orders and funnel
- Facilitate meetings with product leaders to review product level market traction, manage KPI calendar and create/distribute meeting minutes
- Collaborate with Portfolio Pricing teams to keep the product to New Product Introduction (NPI) mappings updated
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to obtain monthly bookings and funnel data

Historical Metric Management

- Ensure proper archiving of the operational metrics every month, every quarter, and every year
- Prepare trending reports based on prior time period data

Specific Data Exploration and Analysis

- Explore business performance for specific areas as required by the business based on orders and funnel across multiple years
- Analyze and synthesize trends

Knowledge and Skills (Required)

- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel (numerical analysis, graphs) and BI tools such as Tableau
- Ability to document and articulate findings in executive PowerPoint format
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Strong understanding of product business performance metrics
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Ability to plan and prioritise
- Aptitude towards technology and business




- Eager to learn and flexible with global time zones
- Work experience in product operations or sales operations is highly desirable
- Experience with SFDC and SAP is a plus but not a deal breaker
- Programming skills with Python is a plus but not a deal breaker

Work Experience, Education and Certifications

- BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or Finance
- MBA degree is a plus
- 2 years experience post‑undergraduate studies or Masters or a couple of co‑op term experience within sales or product operations with focus on the business side

Work Conditions

- Occasionally extended hours split shifts may be required
- Fast‑paced office environment
