Role Description The Production Associate is a part-time, on-site role based in Etobicoke, ON, working in a food manufacturing facility. Day-to-day tasks include assisting on production lines, preparing ingredients, operating machinery under supervision, and assembling tiramisu products according to established recipes and standards. The role involves monitoring product quality, following food safety and sanitation procedures, labeling and packaging finished items, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

The Production

Associate will work collaboratively with the production team, follow instructions from supervisors, and adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.





Qualifications

- Experience with general Production Assistance, including supporting food or manufacturing operations and following standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently on Production Lines, including ingredient handling, product assembly, and packaging tasks.
- Basic Machine Operation skills, with the ability to learn and safely use mixers, fillers, conveyors, and other production equipment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to Quality Control, including visual inspections, portion accuracy, and adherence to food safety standards.
- Easily Adaptable to fast-paced environments, shifting tasks, and varying production volumes while maintaining reliability and professionalism.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Comfort with standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working in a refrigerated or food production environment.
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is an asset; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
