Key Responsibilities: Weld and fabricate conversion components such as floors, walls, doors, bumpers, compartments, running boards, and powder-coated parts Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders accurately Buff, sand, and grind welded or fabricated parts to meet finish specifications Ensure that all work meets Crestline’s quality and ISO standards Work closely with the Team Lead and Production team to meet on-time delivery goals Support safety practices and participate in team-based initiatives and training Participate in quality assurance checks and contribute to a clean, organized work environment Qualifications: Experience in MIG and TIG welding (aluminum experience is an asset)
